The E200I series is an ultra-miniature family of 2 W DC/DC converters. These low cost units offer a high 3 kV input/output isolation level, 2 W of output power, ultra-miniature single-in-line (SIP) package, and wide operating temperature. Eighteen models operate from inputs of 5 V, 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V, providing single outputs of 3.3 V, 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, or 15 V. standard features include an input/output isolation of 3,000 V DC, low noise operation, and efficiency as high as 84%. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) of the E200I series is 2.7 Mhours. The family is packages in a 0.46 × 0.24 × 0.24 × 0.40 inch case. Operating temperature range is – 40°C to +85°C with no derating or heat sinking required. Cooling is by free-air convection.
