Frequency Synthesizers
The LT-series phase-locked frequency synthesizers from EM Research are suited for use as fundamental L.O. sources in digital radio transceivers. Supplied as fixed-frequency or serially-programmable precision phase-locked oscillators, the products cover the frequency range (in up to octave bands) from 200 MHz to 8 GHz. These synthesizers utilize external frequency references for high stability, and exhibit low phase noise characteristics. LT-Series synthesizers are supplied with internal regulators, internal buffer amplifiers, and typically operate over the temperature range of 㪶° C to +70° C.
