ILSI's new ceramic resonator oscillator (CRO), series I1040, is an alternative to SAW oscillators for use in wireless applications. This tunable oscillator covers a frequency range of 600 to 6000 MHz in bands. The device offers improved phase-noise performance compared to SAW oscillators. The product comes in a SMD package, 0.75 mm square and 0.19 mm high. Operating temperature is 㫀° C to +85° C.
