L-band PA

Aethercomm Model Number SSPA 1.2-1.4-500-RM is a high-power rack-mounted L-band solid-state power amplifier that operates over the 1215 to 1400 MHz L-band radar band. The peak RF power is 55 dBm minimum. Power flatness across the entire band is ± 0.5 dB typical. Minimum small signal gain is 54 dB. Input VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum. Output VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum. Noise figure is 10 dB maximum. Harmonics are – 30 dBc maximum. This amplifier offers a manual PA turn-on and turn-off command that enables and disables the internal PAs. RF pulse rise and fall times are 50 nS maximum. This model operates from 240 VAC, 50 to 60 Hz, single-phase power from the infinite bus. Other AC and RF Power options are available.
