Oscillator Achieves 0.1 ppm Frequency Accuracy
Operating at a frequency range of 1 to 100 MHz, Raditek Inc. announces the ROCXO-26 series oscillator. The device achieves 0.1 ppm frequency accuracy and 5 or 12 V DC supply voltage. Features include stability up to ۪.05 × 106, low aging, and compact package. The oscillator is used in applications, such as PCS base stations, cellular base stations, synthesizer, digital switching, and measurement equipment. In addition, the device is fully ROHS compliant.
