Switching Power Supplies Available in Three Package Styles
Astrodyne Corporation announces its multi-package PMK225 line of high density switching power supplies that provide output power of 225 W with active PFC. All models accept universal input from 90 to 264 VAC and six models, in each package style, provide single outputs from 5 VDC to 48 VDC. These power supplies meet the space and performance needs in low to moderate power I.T.E systems and instrumentation applications. The series is approved for UL/EN60950-1 safety specifications. Using high density SMT construction and providing power densities of up to 4 W/cubic inch, the products offer reduced case sizes. The series operates at 100% capability to a temperature of 50° C with 18 CFM forced cooling.
