Stealth Microwave introduces the SM3437-43L, an ultra-linear GaAs FET amplifier designed for WiMAX BTS applications. The unit operates from 3.4 to 3.7 GHz with a P1dB of +43 dBm and an OIP³ of +63 dBm. Small signal gain is 50 dB with a flatness of ± 0.5 dB across the band. Standard features include a + 12 VDC supply, thermal protection with auto reset, and over/reverse voltage protection. Optional features include TTL on/off, RF sampling, power detection and high speed switching for TDD applications. In module form, the unit measures 7.5 inches× 3.97 inches× .79 inches. A 50 W version of this unit is also available with an OIP³ of 64 dBm.
