Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator Features an HCMOS Output



Connor-Winfield introduces its Model XO125 5 V voltage controlled oven compensated crystal oscillator (VCOCXO) with an HCMOS output. The oscillator is designed for Stratum 3E applications that require a low aging rate and tight frequency stability. The device is housed in the standard CO8 EURO package. Standard frequencies are available at 10 MHz and 12.8 MHz. Features include frequency stability of 10 ppb max., an aging rate of 1 ppb/day max., a temperature range of 0 C and RoHS compliance.
