High-Speed Logic Products Feature Low Power Consumption
Hittite Microwave Corporation extends its high-speed logic product line with three new logic functions which provide operating clock rates up to 26 GHz. Optimized for applications requiring ultra-low jitter and very low DC power consumption, these devices are suitable for use in optical systems, frequency synthesis, ATE, broadband test and measurement equipment, and radar signal processing systems. The HMC706LC3C is a NRZ-to-RZ converter that supports data transmission rates up to 13 Gbps and clock rates up to 13 GHz. The HMC678LC3C is a 2:1 selector that supports data transmission rates of up to 13 Gbps and selector port operation up to 13 GHz. The HMC706LC3C, HMC678LC3C and the HMC679LC3C also feature an output level control pin which allows for signal loss compensation or signal level optimization.
