Low Noise Amplifier

Hittite introduces the HMC341LC3B, a GaAs PHEMT MMIC LNA housed in a RoHS-compliant 3 × 3 mm leadless SMT package. Operating from 21 to 29 GHz, the amplifier delivers 13 dB of gain and 2.5 dB noise figure and requires no external matching components. This versatile LNA consumes 35 mA from a single +3.0 V supply, while the RF I/Os are DC-blocked for ease of integration. The HMC341LC3B is also available in a bare die form factor as the HMC341.
