Hardware- and Software-Compatible Tektronix Replacement VXI Module
The Ascor division of Giga-tronics announced its Model VX4357 with 32 SPDT 5AMP switches, a true drop-in replacement with full software and hardware compatibility for the Tektronix VXI Module. It is has the same connector and pin-outs, plug-and-play or message based interface, therefore it requires no cable adapters or new software. Designed with the latest components and adherence to 50Ω transmission line, the device assures support for both existing and new users of the features and benefits of the VX4357 modules. It is a message-based VXI module that uses the Tektronix command and control set.
