Z-Communications, Inc. announces the introduction of their lead free, RoHS compliant, coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO1820A-LF) in L band (1818 to 1822 MHz) featuring extraordinary low phase noise performance of 𤩧dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. This unique design offers superior harmonic suppression of -25dBc with a typical tuning sensitivity of 5 MHz/V and covers the band between 0.5 to 4.5 V. It is designed to provide 4.5 dBm output power (typ) at 5 VDC supply while drawing 20 mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of
㫀° to 85°C. CRO1820A-LF is suited for narrow-band applications
that require superior harmonic suppression and low phase noise performance.
