Z-Communications, Inc. announces the introduction of their lead free, RoHS compliant oscillator (CLV0698A-LF) in UHF-band (681-716 MHz) featuring ultra low phase noise performance of 𤩟dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. The design offers typical tuning sensitivity of 43 MHz/V. It is designed to cover the bandwidth between 2 to 4.4 V at 5 VDC supply while drawing 26 mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of 㫀° to 85°C. CLV0698A-LF is suited for applications that require low phase noise performance at UHF band.
