Z-Communications, Inc. announces the introduction of their lead free, RoHS compliant, coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO3456A-LF) in C band (3443-3469 MHz) featuring low phase noise performance of 𤩝 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. This unique design offers superior harmonic suppression of 㪬 dBc with a typical tuning sensitivity of 15 MHz/V and covers the entire band between 0.5 to 4.5 V. It is designed to operate at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 19 mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of 㫀° to 85°C. CRO3456A-LF is suitable for applications that require signal stability and low phase noise performance. CRO3456A-LF comes in Z-Communications’ industry standard MINI package measuring 0.50” × 0.50” × 0.22”. This VCO is suitable for automated surface mount assembly and reflow. This is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
