Ultra Miniature Series Oscillators Offers HCMOS Output with TCXO Accuracy

Fox Electronics recently announced an expansion of its HCMOS oscillator line with the new FOX251 Ultra Miniature series TCXO. Available in a compact 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm package, the ultra miniature series can be cost-effectively used as general tight tolerance clocks in digital systems that can take advantage of the small size and HCMOS output. These SMD HCMOS TCXOs feature a frequency range of 4 MHz to 54 MHz with stabilities as tight as ±2.5 ppm over the -30°C to +85°C operating temperature range, ±0.2 ppm over the supply voltage change and ±0.2 ppm over the load change. Storage temperature is -40°C to +125°C. Frequency tolerance is ±1.5 ppm at 25°C. The FOX251 series features four models: the 3.3V FOX251C, 2.8V FOX251D, 2.5V FOX251G and 1.8V FOX251L models to accommodate a wide variety of design specifications.
