Tantalum Capacitors
AVX's range of tantalum capacitors are suitable for military and aerospace applications where reliability and endurance in severe conditions are critical. The tantalum product line consists of TAZ, TBJ and CWR Series. AVX also offers a range of COTS Plus enhanced reliability tantalum capacitors. TAZ Series (CWR09) has a capacitance range of 0.1 to 470µF and capacitance tolerances are 䔸%, 䔮%, and ۯ%. The series is offered in eight case sizes. TBJ Series (CWR11) has a capacitance range of 0.1 to 470µF and capacitance tolerances are 䔸%, 䔮%, and ۯ%. Offering five case sizes, this series features molded body/compliant termination construction, polarity, and capacitance marking. The CWR19 offers an extended range of capacitance values in standard product and the CWR29 offers the same in the low ESR series.
