Amplifier Features Noise Figure of 0.55 dB


Mini-Circuits unveils its ultra-low noise ZX60-0916LN+ amplifier that has a noise figure of 0.55 dB while delivering 18 dB gain and a high output power of up to 16.5 dBm. Reliable and packaged in a rugged Unibody housing and using SMA connectors, these amplifiers can be used in a range of applications from 824 MHz to 960 MHz, including CDMA: 824 to 894 MHz, GSM Rx: 880 to 915 MHz and GSM Tx: 925 to 960 MHz. These 5 V amplifiers are available from stock.
