ANADIGICS introduces a linear PA for Wireless Broadband (WiBro) applications. The AWT6235 operates in the 2300 to 2390 MHz frequency band and meets the OFDM linearity requirements of the WiBro high-speed data system. The new PA offers an ACLR of – 40 dBc and output power of 25.5 dBm to provide good signal quality. The high performance AWT6235 is offered in a 4 × 4 × 1 mm surface mount package.
