Renaissance has recently developed a 700 MHz drop-in circulator with impresseive linear performance for LTE requirements. This device delivers better than -100 dBc IMD for two tone 0.25W power levels. In addition, Renaissance is offering this circulator with a 13% BW in a compact 1.25 inch square cost effective package. Product number 3G2NDM features an isolation of 20 dB; interstion loss of 0.5 dB and VSWR of 1.35:1. Operating temperature range is -30° to 70ºC.
