E-Stops Have Minimal Behind-Panel Depth

EAO Switch Corporation now offers Series 84 E-Stops that feature a behind-panel depth of 18 mm maximum, suited for newer electronic applications with compact control panels. Switch components for actuators and contact blocks are precision molded to ensure a mechanical life that exceeds the ISO requirement of 6,050 operations; in actual situations, EAO E-Stops generally exceed 250,000 operations. Series 84 E-stops feature single "mono-block" construction and a twist-to-release actuator. Mono-Block construction benefits include single part numbers for a complete unit, ease of installation, and fail safe design. LED illumination means the E-Stops are visible not only from the front, but the side as well. Options include gold contacts, quick-connect/solder printed circuit board terminals, and ribbon cable terminals. EAO's Series 84 E-Stops are rated at 3A 120VAC and 1.5A 240VAC, and are protected against oil and water to IP 65 standards.
